Chung Sa Po is a small, but lively street down by the water, lined with seafood restaurants; the women in front of each solicit passersby to convince them that their seafood is the best.

It’s just on the other side of Dalmaji Hill. Not many people know of this area, but Julie got a new scooter, so we took it out for a nighttime ride and ended up here.
